Saving Money On Scuba Diving Holidays

When people head off on scuba diving holidays it is important they have suitable financial protection in place.  Thankfully, it is now easier than ever to access dive travel insurance.  By conducting a simple online search consumers should be able to find exactly what they are after within no time.

According to figures produced by On the Beach, more than three-quarters of foreign breaks are cheaper this summer than they were in 2012, meaning a scuba diving holiday is now more affordable than ever.

The online agent compared like-for-like rates for seven-night holidays for two adults in June across a range of popular destinations and suggested that consumers can enjoy “massive savings” on trips this summer.

For example, breaks to Madeira are around 25 per cent cheaper, while trips to Cyprus are up to 20 per cent less costly. Also, Bulgarian holidays boast discounts of up to 15 per cent on last year, while vacations to Tenerife and Sharm El Sheikh are 14 per cent and 13 per cent less expensive respectively.

Commenting on the figures, On the Beach’s chief marketing officer Alistair Daly said: “When most day-to-day costs increase on a yearly basis, it’s no doubt a breath of fresh air for Brits when well-deserved holidays are actually more affordable than ever.”

By being savvy when booking their trips and by making sure they benefit from superb value diving holiday insurance, consumers should succeed in keeping their travel costs to a minimum this summer.
